5 Reasons For Using Ongoing Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Services

Many people think that SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is a one-off task that you do when your site is built, or maybe a year later when you fail to see substantial traffic. Unfortunately, it's not quite that simple. The first steps you might take for SEO, like having valid code when you build your site and adding keywords and titles, are a fantastic foundation, but they need to be built upon to gain real benefits.

SEO activities are increasingly linked to social media such as Facebook, Twitter and blogs. Ongoing, skilled assistance with SEO is an important part of any online marketing strategy and while it may seem to some like an unnecessary cost, the experience and skill of a good SEO consultant will inevitably lead to increased traffic to your site.

Large businesses can, and increasingly do, employ teams devoted to SEO and increasing online presence. Smaller companies and individuals are less fortunate and often need a helping hand. In this article we examine some of the most pressing reasons why ongoing SEO consultation should be a part of every online marketing strategy.

1. The search engine industry is constantly changing

Search engine companies are constantly changing the way they crawl the internet to find your site, and new search engines are emerging all the time. For example, it is only a relatively recent development that has enabled Google to list Flash based websites effectively.

It is difficult for everyone to keep up with the changes in the industry, and with social media becoming more and more relevant to SEO, changes are happening every day. Expert advice from a consultant that is up to date with the most recent advances in SEO and social media, will allow any company to gain an advantage.

2. Many companies don't follow up on site traffic reports

Many companies get traffic and "analytics reports" for their websites, but fail to use the information to make improvements, either because they are unable to identify where the pitfalls are, or because there simply isn't anyone to do it. An expert consultant would be able to review analytics and make recommendations on how to achieve goals and increase traffic.

3. SEO recommendations often go unimplemented

Unfortunately, many companies receive recommendations from SEO consultants when their site is built, or perhaps later down the line, but then fail to implement those recommendations. When you include ongoing SEO consultation in your online marketing strategy, it allows you to have constant guidance on the best way to make improvements that are right for your site. There are often organisational reasons why a change cannot be implemented, and a good consultant will help you to work around these reasons and still gain good results.

4. SEO is more effective when done over time

In most cases, search engine rankings don't come over night. They take time to develop. The factors that affect your rankings are infinite, but broadly speaking, the time it takes to see any results at all can be dependent on your industry, competitors, the length of time your site has been active, the frequency of updates to your site and the quality of the website code itself.

By constantly reviewing your results and making changes, even really small content or keyword changes, you can improve your ranking over time. If you have to choose between one big SEO effort, and an ongoing project it is almost certainly more effective to make small, consistent efforts.

5. In-house SEO might need a helping hand

SEO activities are increasingly being brought in-house, whether it's a small part of an individual's job description or a team specifically employed to build SEO. In many cases this works really well, but all too often the business fails to see any real results. That's where using an SEO consultant on a regular basis to offer advice and guidance can be helpful. Sometimes the job of the SEO consultant is to physically make changes to the site or relevant media, but more often than not, they can simply offer advice and guide a business through making the changes themselves.

Summary

Companies often spend money on SEO and then fail to follow through on that investment. In order to reap the benefits you need to monitor the results of your efforts, keep up to date with search engine technology and make changes accordingly over a period of time. Investing in SEO and other online marketing activities can put you miles ahead of the competition. Getting expert guidance tailored to your business will increase your presence on the web and ultimately leave you more time to devote to your core business.

What Wins In Google Universal Search? Videos, Images & Google!

Searchmetrics has conducted a data analysis on what type of content appears most often in Google Universal Search results, as well as which sites are most visible in them. Video and image content wins, as does content hosted on Google’s own properties.

The most revealing data from the study, which the company provided to us and which may appear on its site soon, is that having a video is one of the best ways of showing up in the top results at Google.

The chart below shows up videos are by far the most found results in Google, with image content a distant second:

After video and image content are map results, news, books, shopping, images and then blogs.

The key point here, if you want to be seen in Google Universal Search, do video!

Searchmetrics also sent the top US based properties that come up under each universal search vertical:

As you can see from this chart, content hosted by Google clearly dominate, ranking tops in four of the five areas:

YouTube is the number one video site that shows up for video resultsGoogle Maps is the number one map site that shows up for map results.Google Product Search is the number one shopping site that shows up for shopping resultsGoogle’s Blogger is the number one image site that shows up for image results.

The top rankings will likely raise rumblings about Google favoring itself, an issue in the anti-trust reviews that it is currently undergoing.

This study defines the universal search results as the sections in the Google search results that read “News for…” or “Shopping results” or “Places for” or “Images for” and so on. The reason Google News is not dominating the news category, Searchmetrics says, is because the URLs in the “News for…” are URLs to the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and other news sites. Very rarely does Google have a link to a news article on their own domain name, at least at this point in time.

In terms of local search, Searchmetrics says that the data is drawn from searches related to large metro areas in the United States and would only be valid in those types of areas.

Correction: Our initial edition of this story had mistakenly reported the video line as the blog line (IE, said that blog content was most popular).

Twitter Search Gets “New Twitter” Look & Feel

For ages, Twitter has operated a standalone Twitter Search site in addition to allowing people to search from within Twitter.com itself. Today, that standalone site has gained a new location and been upgraded to match the Twitter.com search experience.

Previously, Twitter Search was located at http://search.twitter.com. Now, that address leads to http://twitter.com/search, as tweeted by Twitter earlier today. What’s different beyond the URL? The interface.

Searching at Twitter.com makes it easy to perform a search and then pop-open a right panel to view more about a particular tweet. It also provides access to the relatively new images and video galleries related to search topics. To understand more about these features, see our previous in-depth articles:

Twitter Search itself lacked these additional features. Now it has gained them. The experience to doing a search using the dedicated site is the same as searching from your Twitter.com home page. By default, Twitter Search now also shows “Top Tweets” rather than “All Tweets.”

Twitter Search also provide easy access to the advanced search page, which allows for narrowing results down through a variety of options. Oddly, Twitter had rolled out more visibility of that page within Twitter.com a few months ago, but then it silently disappeared.

This article explains more about some of the advanced search options:

One of the big losses with the change is the ability to easily go back into time. With old Twitter Search, you could “page back” or, if you knew how to hack the URL, jump back a few days to see tweets over a short period of time.

With the change, to see older tweets beyond those initially displayed, you have to keep scrolling, and scrolling, and scrolling. It’s a pain.

Of course, Twitter itself still only lets you go back about 5-7 days in all. Beyond that, you need to turn to Topsy, which is the only search engine providing deep archive search after the Twitter-Google deal collapsed earlier this month. More about that and archive search tips is below:

Those will long memories will also recall that Twitter Search was born out of its purchase of Summize in 2008. That’s why http://summize.com use to lead to Twitter Search, even after the purchase.

Last year, I believe, Twitter quietly stopped redirecting from summize.com to Twitter Search. Checking today, I was amazed to discover that Twitter failed to renew the summize.com domain at all. Now that domain, with all the old links about Twitter Search pointing at it, are owned by only company that’s simply using a parked page with ads.

Video SEO Exposes a Neglected Path to Higher Search Rankings

Video SEO is a largely overlooked search marketing strategy. Even as videos continue to gain significant traction in the search engines' natural listings, most companies either ignore them, or remain completely unaware of their potency. That oversight represents a valuable edge your company can use to leapfrog your competitors in the organic rankings.

The strategy blends traditional search optimization tactics with a relatively new platform. With the rise of YouTube, Revver, Blip, and similar video sites, consumption patterns have driven the search engines to provide these sites with greater ranking authority. As long as your primary objective is clearly established, a video SEO campaign can have a dramatic effect on your exposure in Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

In this article, we'll explain why you should integrate video SEO into your current search marketing strategy. We'll also provide a few key ingredients that will help you avoid potential pitfalls along the way. Lastly, you'll learn what to look for when choosing a video SEO company that can drive more traffic and higher conversions.

How Video SEO Improves Your Search Exposure

Before Google released their Universal Search platform in May 2007, their natural listings were dominated by text-based pages. Videos were rare in the top positions. Universal Search changed the way Google displayed their primary index. Google, Yahoo, and Bing now include entries from their respective video search platforms. What's more, popular video-sharing sites have been given higher ranking authority and increased link weight (we'll describe this latter point in a moment).

Video SEO gives you greater exposure in the search engines through two levers. First, it caters to the algorithm used for Universal Search. By syndicating your videos to authoritative video-sharing sites, you'll enjoy more exposure through their increased ranking authority. In effect, those sites will rank higher, drawing more people to your videos.

Second, videos that are placed on your site (as opposed to syndicating them) attract links - both directly and indirectly. As your videos gain popularity, direct links will build naturally, pointing to the pages on your site that host the videos. Indirect links will point from other sites whose owners have embedded your videos. As a result, your inbound link profile will continue to grow and strengthen, lifting your site higher within the search engines' organic listings.

3 SEO Video Tips To Capture Higher Search Positions

Your campaign can only be effective if you recognize the limitations of the search engines. First, their algorithms cannot read lips. In order to rank for your target keywords, they must be available to the search engines' spiders in text form. If you're placing videos on your site, optimize your titles and surrounding text, and include an edited transcript of the video. If you're syndicating them, optimize your external titles and tags.

Second, focus on inbound links. An effective video SEO campaign relies on contextually related links pointing from a wide breadth of sites. Videos that spark a groundswell of attention - whether through entertainment, information, or controversy - can achieve this easily.

Third, integrate a social media sharing component. You want viewers to share your videos with their friends on Facebook. You want them to "Tweet" about your videos on Twitter. You want them to bookmark your videos on Digg, Delicious, and StumbleUpon. These social media sites can form the backbone of your video SEO campaign, driving waves of inbound links to your site.

Key Factors In Choosing A Video SEO Company

Traditional search optimization is a mature strategy. SEO specialists have honed their craft for more than a decade. By contrast, video SEO is still an evolving science. Even though it leverages the core tenets of a traditional optimization campaign, the rise of social media and video-sharing sites has infused it with enormous complexity. Hiring a video SEO company removes the need to keep up with the roiling landscape. The key is using the right criteria to identify a proficient firm.

A professional video SEO company should have an established track record that shows a keen grasp of the search engines' organic algorithms. That track record should also demonstrate an ability to evolve as the algorithms change. Many search optimization experts were completely unprepared for the debut of Universal Search. By extension, so too, were their clients.

Leveraging Video SEO. For more traffic and higher conversions

A carefully executed video SEO campaign can sharply increase your exposure within the search engine's natural listings. When implemented as a key component of a multi-pronged search marketing campaign, it can drive more targeted traffic to your site. Targeted traffic translates into higher conversions. If you are not yet leveraging video SEO for your site, your current organic rankings may be more vulnerable than you realize.

Does Your SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) Company Deliver a Quality Service?

Knowing if the search engine optimisation company you choose is doing a good job isn't always as easy as it seems.

Many poor performing companies use "smoke and mirrors" techniques to try and baffle their customers to make it appear they are doing a lot, when in reality, they are doing very little. On the other hand, many great search engine optimisation companies perform fantastically, but their honesty, openness and their knowledge of what is actually achievable makes their clients think that they aren't as good as others. After all, would you prefer just "promises of results" or would you prefer "actual provided results"?

So, how can you identify what sort of company the search engine placement company you have selected is? Well, you can look at Google's recommendation on 'What's an SEO?' to help you tell the "promisers" from the "providers":

Did your SEO company send you an unsolicited email?

Most SEO companies will not send you spam, but be careful not to confuse this with the genuine marketing that genuine companies send out. View all unsolicited emails with scepticism, and check out the company thoroughly before you buy. Just because they claim to be able to do something doesn't always mean they can!

Did your SEO company guarantee you a number 1 position on Google?

Or on any other search engine for that matter. The search engines are the only ones who can decide which site to put in the coveted top spot for any given search, so SEO companies simply cannot guarantee this. However this must not be confused with SEO's who give more general guarantees i.e. Guaranteed listings, or a guaranteed top 10 position, for 1 of a number of terms. Also remember that these sort of guarantees can be made for pay per click listings, and paid inclusion directories. Some companies also offer money back guarantees, and a show of good faith. Again you must decide if you feel these guarantees are reasonable and sound, or if they seem too good to be true.

Did your SEO company explain clearly what they were going to do.

Few companies will explain everything to their clients, partly because they don't want to confuse people and, especially with SEO, because most companies have had people milk them for information only to set up a rival company elsewhere, and just as you wouldn't expect your hairdresser to teach you how to cut your own hair, you shouldn't expect your SEO company to teach you how to optimise your own site, however, any company should be able to give you examples of the work they are carrying out, and give you broad descriptions of what they are doing. If your SEO company refuses to give you any information, be wary.

Did you have to have a link from your site to your SEO company?

Many reputable companies will add a link from your site to theirs, however this shouldn't be a condition of service, unless this condition has been made clear to you prior to any work being carried out. and they should be willing to remove any such links if you ask. This does not apply to areas such as free hosting, or web design where often this is a condition of service.

Be sure to understand where the money goes.

Firstly be sure to make sure you understand weather you are paying a company for natural listings, or weather they offering you a pay per click campaign. In most cases the money paid to an SEO provider is paying for the time factor involved in optimising a website, however all SEO companies should be willing to explain where you money is going, and how much time they are putting in for that sum. You must bare in mind that there are genuine costs associated with natural optimisation.

Can your SEO company provide verifiable testimonials and case studies?

And can you contact the people who wrote them. Anyone can make up a testimonial, so do your seo company have email or web addresses on their testimonials & case studies? If not, can they give you the email address of a customer who will be willing to talk to you. Be wary of any company who does not have this transparency.

Most importantly

Are you happy with the way that your SEO company have performed. At the end of the day, if you think that they are doing a good job, and you would recommend them to other companies, friends, or family, then chances are that your company are doing well. If you are not happy with the way they have performed, before you decide that they are no good, approach them first, and get an explanation, if they can provide you with a satisfactory answer, then they are probably still an OK company, if they can't then you may have to go elsewhere. Have a look at our top rating SEO companies, to find the right one for you.

What are the most common abuses a website owner is likely to encounter?

One common scam is the creation of "shadow" domains that funnel users to a site by using deceptive redirects. These shadow domains often will be owned by the SEO who claims to be working on a client's behalf. However, if the relationship sours, the SEO may point the domain to a different site, or even to a competitor's domain. If that happens, the client has paid to develop a competing site owned entirely by the SEO.

Another illicit practice is to place "doorway" pages loaded with keywords on the client's site somewhere. The SEO promises this will make the page more relevant for more queries. This is inherently false since individual pages are rarely relevant for a wide range of keywords. More insidious, however, is that these doorway pages often contain hidden links to the SEO's other clients as well. Such doorway pages drain away the link popularity of a site and route it to the SEO and its other clients, which may include sites with unsavoury or illegal content.

What are some other things to look out for?

There are a few warning signs that you may be dealing with a rogue SEO. It's far from a comprehensive list, so if you have any doubts, you should trust your instincts. By all means, feel free to walk away if the SEO:

- owns shadow domains

- puts links to their other clients on doorway pages

- offers to sell keyword searches in the address bar

- doesn't distinguish between actual search results and ads that appear in search results (natural and paid listings)

- guarantees ranking, but only on obscure, long keyword phrases you would get anyway - don't confuse this with companies who try to manage your expectations, in line with budget or market constraints.

- operates with multiple aliases or falsified WHOIS info

- gets traffic from "fake" search engines, spy ware, or scum ware

- has had domains removed from Google's index or is not itself listed in Google

How Adding SEO Content Can Boost Traffic to Your Website and Your Search Engine Page Ranking

You know how important link building, selecting the right meta tags and adding frequently-searched keywords on your website are to successful search engine optimization.

But did you know that one of the easiest - and inexpensive - ways to get your website higher rankings on search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN doesn't involve much technical expertise at all?

Drive traffic to your website with this simple technique: Add fresh content to your website. Frequently adding new content to your site, along with other SEO services, is one of the most effective ways to increase your website's search engine rankings.

Don't Make the SEO Mistake Many Websites Make

Many website owners fail to add new content to their sites on a frequent basis, even after they've spent hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars designing their website. They mistakenly believe that once their website is up, their job is done. In fact, one of the biggest mistakes you can make is putting your website online - and then doing nothing else.

Why?

Search engines love fresh content; they troll the Internet, looking for websites with updated content.

And in the SEO world, content is king.

Adding fresh content helps improve your search engine rankings. Search engines are always on the lookout for sites with updated content. Give them what they're looking for by regularly updating the content on your site.

Can't write? No problem.

Hire an SEO writer.

An SEO writer specializes in writing search-engine friendly website content that is polished, while adding the relevant keywords that customers are searching for online. SEO writers range in price, but you can often find SEO writer s online.   Or, ask your SEO company for a referral.

Many times, SEO companies hire freelance and in-house SEO writers to supplement their SEO services. Outsourcing your SEO content frees you up to focus on running your website.

An SEO Writer will:

*Write search-engine friendly website content that's written so that search engines will find it.

*Weave your keywords smoothly into the text so that it sounds natural

*Write with your marketing goals in mind

Outsourcing your SEO content frees you up to focus on running your website.  It doesn't take a lot of content, just enough to update your site at least once a week.

Adding blog posts, newsletters, ebooks, SEO articles and SEO press releases are cost-effective ways that an SEO writer can help drive traffic to your website.

Remember, the more you tweak the content on your site, the better.

Jump Up in Search Engine Rankings With Affordable SEO Services

Search Engine Optimization has become one of the most affordable and effective methods of promoting your self on the internet. The science requires adequate and up to date technical knowledge of the latest SEO techniques along with great writing skills to name a few.

Successful implementation of SEO techniques can make your website jump up in the search engine rankings. However poorly conducted SEO can actually have an adverse effect on your position with search engines. Employing unethical SEO tactics due to lack of knowledge for example can actually get your site penalized or even banned from the internet in some cases. Getting your site re-indexed with Google can be a rather lengthy process. You would be much better off getting your website started on the right foot and going for affordable SEO services that will get you indexed in an ethical manner with Google. Plus you have a lot more fringe benefits to reap when you go for professional SEO services.

Amateurs do not really possess full knowledge of the various different factors that Google takes into consideration when evaluating a page rank for any particular page. The two things that can help you achieve a better search engine ranking is well optimized content on and off your website along with a well fortified inbound link profile. Having said this there is a lot more to search engine optimization that professional companies employ when structuring an SEO campaign.

One of the major factors to consider when looking to employ SEO tactics, even at the hands of the professional is to ensure that only ethical SEO tactics are being used. Black hat techniques can quickly be detected by search engine algorithms, the consequences of this have been outlined above. Linking to sites that have a bad repo with Google and using overly obvious keyword stuffing methods are some examples of SEO techniques that you would not want to employ.

Some of the things that can hint at whether the company being referred to is offering black hat techniques is when it promises a top ten position in a remarkably short time period. If an SEO company is asking you to link to their site then you should definitely suspect them of being a shady business. It is always a good idea to speak to some of their clientele and visit their sites if possible. This ought to give you a good idea of the worth of that particular company.

On the other hand a professional SEO company that makes use of ethical SEO tactics has its own signs. They will compose an SEO campaign based on a combination of power link building services spear headed by contextual link building services. These would be followed up by article marketing, forum marketing and press release services. This is the kind of service that you would want to render in order to ensure that your website experiences a jump in search engine rankings without risking a fall.

Confirmed: Bing Tests Ads Within Organic Search Results

The RKGBlog blog posted a screen shot of Bing testing search ads directly in the organic results. Honestly, I almost cannot believe it – but more on that later. Here is a cropped picture of the screen shot.

Why is this so shocking? Placing search ads inline with organic free listings is somewhat taboo for search companies.

Years ago, search engines had “paid inclusion” programs which guaranteed content to be indexed, but they had no ranking factors. In fact, Yahoo after much controversy dropped their paid inclusion program in 2009.

But to allow advertisers to inject ads with guaranteed rankings in the organic results seems unethical to me.

Danny scolded Google for doing a form of this within Google Product Search.

If you look at the ads here, they are almost completely blended into the organic results that they look to be completely unbiased, free, organic listings. The “ad” label all the way on the right can be completely missed.

I have emailed Microsoft for a statement on this and to confirm this is a real test. I will follow up as soon as I hear back.

Postscript: Microsoft has confirmed this is a test they are running. A Microsoft spokesperson said:

We’re constantly testing and experimenting on Bing, and with that, we carefully measure user engagement and reaction to these changes. We have nothing further to share at this time.

StumbleUpon Testing New ‘Explore Box’ Search Tool

stumble-explore

Some StumbleUpon users have been opted in to a new feature that seems to be aimed at helping them search and find interesting web pages more easily.

StumbleUpon calls it their “Explore Box” and, if you’re part of the test, it can be accessed at www.stumbleupon.com/explore. The page, shown above, is currently very Googley with its spartan layout that only includes the StumbleUpon logo and a search box.

stumbleupon-exploreIt functions similarly to the search/explore box that can be enabled on the StumbleUpon toolbar, with one noticeable difference. The Explore search box shows suggested topics as you type (see image at right), while the toolbar search shows previous tags that you’ve used when stumbling.

If you’re opted in to the test, you’ll also find the new Explore search box on the StumbleUpon home page (at stumbleupon.com/home), where there’s also a check box that lets users save their searches into their existing list of “interests” (that are usually setup when first joining StumbleUpon).

There’s also a feedback link for beta participants to offer feedback, but there’s no indication when the Explore Box might roll out more widely.

Search Engine Optimization - How to get on TOP in Google - What is SEO and Why Would I Need It?

SEO stands for "Search Engine Optimization" and is a term standing for various methods to achieve better position in a search on Google (or other search engines).

Search engines (like Google) determine the quality and importance of a website by analyzing a site with automated crawlers which are constantly indexing and scouring the web.

The crawlers scan the site and "get an idea" about the website, find out what keywords are relevant for the site. The internal google algorithms then decide where to position your site within google for a given keyword search.

There are more factors involved (see later below) - but this is it in a nutshell, in simple words.

Search engine position is crucial if you market a product or just want "to get your word out".

The higher your position in Google, the more visitors you get. As simple as that.

"SEO" is the profession focusing on exactly this, the art of getting high search engine ranking by applying various methods.

On-Site SEO and Off-Site SEO

There are two main types of SEO, which are

On-Site Search Engine Optimization
Off-Site Search Engine Optimization

On-Site Search Engine Optimization Methods:

This applies to all analyses and modifications of the website itself, its core elements, like the HTML code, content of the website, links and all elements which your site is made of.

Those site elements are optimized according to the knowledge what importance a certain element currently has for Google search engine position and your keywords.

The elements are modified by editing the page itself, that is, using a HTML/site editor, like MS Expression Web, Frontpage or a plain text editor. This does require a knowledge of HTML and a knowledge about a website's elements, eg. meta tags and their importance..

As rule, before all: Your website must have a good internal SEO structure, it must be relevant for your keywords, the product or audience you target - without appearing "spammy".

It also must be easily accessible and searchable by the crawlers.

Off-Site Search Engine Optimization Methods:

This covers all optimization methods which are not done by directly modifying the website itself.

Search engine and directory submission, optimization
Building links and getting other sites linking to you
Other forms of promotion and of "getting your message out there"
Methods of getting traffic to your website
Also, Off-Site SEO is not as easy as it looks above, there are quality factors which need to be considered, eg. in getting partner sites linking to you. The wrong link even can damage your reputation and therefore Google's opinion of your site.

Those two SEO methods combined, On-site and Off-site search engine optimization ultimately decide your success in getting a high google position if someone searches for your product or website subject - amongst possibly thousands of other competing websites.

Blackhat SEO, Greyhat SEO and Whitehat SEO

"Blackhat" optimization methods are "forbidden" methods which can be Onsite SEO or Offsite optimization: Tricking search engines or visitors, various methods which are against ethical or juristical policies (Google's or your internet provider's), maybe even breaking the law.

Methods to achieve high google rank and traffic by using "illegal" methods.

I wont go much into details since those methods are controversial and involving risks of getting banned, your site being taken down or more serious consequences. (One example of a Blackhat Offsite SEO method would be using myspace "whoring", using an automated script to get thousands of friends on myspace and then leave commercial ads on their myspace page.)

Whitehat SEO is the usual, ethical way to bring your site to the top in Google, with a zone in between named "Greyhat SEO". Although Greyhat methods might be controversial and unethical they don't obviously break laws and policies.

Why would you want to consult a SEO service ?

The subject is rather complex and involves many factors, in this article I only covered basics so you get a first understanding. It also involves a constantly updated knowledge.

"Big G" (Google) often varies it's algorithms (which are held secret).

One day one method can be the key to your success on the net - at a later time there could be a element of your site Google is looking at which has never been considered before, now weighing in more in their decision where to place your site in search results.

A good SEO specialist is up-to-date with those developments, he uses professional tools and his knowledge to help webmasters being successful on the internet.
